We had the soils engineer in to look at the site at 821 Meadow and he says it is not a ground water problem, rather a surface water retention problem. To remedy that we are having an excavator in tomorrow at 7am to scrape out the muck and place a foot of crushed stone. That will hopefully keep our feet dry.
To that end we plan on working tomorrow, Friday the 7th, at 12:30. We are unsure as to Saturday. As has been the case I will update you if the situation changes.
